Cardinal Engineering is providing turn-key engineering design for the complete reconstruction of two sanitary sewer lift stations and the associated force mains to complete the infrastructure for the City of Norman to accept sanitary sewage from the Town of Hall Park.

This “high profile”, emergency project will complete one of the last remaining steps for the City of Norman to proceed with the annexation of the Town of Hall Park.

Cardinal Engineering is preparing complete design documents for the diversion of the entire Hall Park sanitary sewer collection system to the City of Norman collection system. Particular issues included the determination of design capacity versus existing flows as well as the elimination of the existing Hall Park sanitary sewer lagoon system.
