Chickasaw Nation Purcell Area Service Center Master Plan

Cardinal Engineering, in a joint effort with Dave Boeck & Associates, was responsible for the preparation of an overall Master Plan for the Chickasaw Nation's Purcell Area Service Center. The Master Plan included the following facilities: Nutrition Center, Senior Center, Health Clinic, recreation facilities and building pad locations for future expansion. The Master Plan considered a phased development that included earthwork balance, utility plans, parking & roadway plans, and FEMA flood plain development issues. Cardinal Engineering has subsequently performed detail design for all of these facilities.
