Cardinal Engineering is proud
to serve as the Environmental Engineer, Civil Engineer, and
Surveyor for the American Indian Cultural Center (AICC) in
Oklahoma City.

The AICC is being constructed
south of the Oklahoma River and east of I35. The Promontory
Tunnel was designed so that the sun sets down the tunnel at the
Winter Solstice. The picture of the sun setting in the
Promontory Tunnel was taken at 5pm, December 20, 2007.
